Peas and paneer in tomato gravy

Method


In a 2l pc, layer 3tsp water, 1tsp ghee, 5 whole tomato, 1 small bunch coriander, 1/2 tsp salt, sugar, 1 piece ginger, 2 green chillies. In an inner vessel put 1 cup fresh or frozen Peas and keep inside pc. Cook on high for 2 whistles (about 4-5 min). After opening blend the tomato mixture, add Peas and cut paneer (about 1 cup). Adjust salt. If needed simmer for a min.
