In a 2L cooker, add the following in the order given:
Layer 1) oil ( 3 tsps)
Layer 2) chopped onions ( 2 medium sized ) in the periphery and 4 big chopped tomatoes in the centre
Layer 3) 1/2 a cup coconut, 1 heaped tsp of degi mirch powder ( u can reduce it to 1/2 a tsp for normal chilly powder ) haldi 1/4 tsp and a tsp of saunf.
Cook on high heat for 5 whistles ( got the caramelised smell) ..added 3/4 th tsp of sugar and a tsp salt.
Blend with a glass of water.
