In a 2L cooker, add the following in the order below:
Layer 1 - 2 tsp oil
Layer 2 - 2 medium onions sliced
Layer 3 - 2 cups in total (bell peppers, cabbage and tomatoes) all cut into strips & mixed with 1 tsp salt, 1tbsp Pao Bhaji masala, 2 chopped green chillies & 1/4tsp haldi.
Cook on high for one whistle. Open after 5 minutes. Mix in 3C cold rice.
Release pressure and open immediately for crunchier vegetables.
