In a 2L cooker, add
Sugar 200gms
Water 60ml
1/4tsp cardamom powder
1tbsp ghee
Cook 4 whistles on high. Release pressure. Add 15 broken roasted cashews & 225g dessicated coconut. Mix well. Make balls while still hot.
For softer texture stop with 3 whistles.
For fresh grated coconut , I suggest 5 or more whistles.
