Mix 1 cup chopped potato, 1 cup paneer cubed, Tomato ketchup 2 table spoon, vinegar 1 table spoon, Dhania powder 1 t.spoon, jeera powder 1/2 t.spoon , salt 1/2 t.spoon, black pepper powder 1/4 t.spoon. Rest for an hour .
In a 2L pressure cooker, add the following in the order given.
Layer 1 - 1 tablespoon oil, 2 big onions fine chopped,
Layer 2 - 3 medium sized tomatoes fine chopped .
Layer 3 - 1/tsp each (Dhania , red chilli , garam masala powders, salt)
Layer 4 - Kept the marinated paneer potato mixture in a small vessel.
Cook on high for 2 whistles. Open & mash onion , tomato. Mix in paneer-potato as it is or shallow fry & mix for crunchiness . Garnish with coriander .
