In a 3L pressure cooker, arrange the following in the order given below:
Layer1 : 2 tbsp oil
Layer2 : 2 medium onions chopped
Layer 3 : 2 medium chopped tomatoes.
Layer4: 1 cup sprouted (moong & matki lentils)
Layer5: 1/4tsp clove powder, cinnamon powder, 1/2tsp dhania powder, 2 tsp garlic paste, 3 finely chopped green chilies, 2 tbsp grated coconut.
Layer6 : 1 /2 tsp each of haldi & kashmiri chilli powder & 1tsp salt.
Cook on high for 5 min (4 whistles).
Release pressure & mix in 1C hot water. Close & rest 10mins. Garnish with chopped onions /chopped corriander & lime juice
Serve with fresh Pav.
