In a 2L pressure cooker, add the following in the order given :
Layer1: 2tsp oil, 3ch garlic cloves
Layer 2: 2C ch yellow pumpkin, 2ch chilies, 1tsp salt
Layer 3: 1C washed & drained Bambino macaroni
Layer 4: 2C ch yellow pumpkin.
Add 1/4C water. Cook on high for 4 whistles (6min). Release pressure. Mix all till pumpkin breaks up and becomes sauce. Serve immediately if you like it al dente. Else close & serve after 10 minutes.
