https://www.facebook.com/groups/UnitedByFood/permalink/1447232348626302/ In a 2 L pc, Layer 1 tbsp coconut oil, 1 tsp urad dal, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 2 broken med red chillies, 2 tbsp water, 2 cups cut beans & 1/2tsp salt. Cook on high for 2 whistles (5mins). Release pressure, mix and serve.


Replace/ Supplement


Beans with shredded carrot, cabbage or cauliflower.
