In a 2 lit PC add 1 cup dates cut into small pieces, 3/4 cup grated Jaggery, 3 tsp OPOS tamarind paste, 2 tsp chilli powder. Add 2 cups water. Cook on high for 4 whistles Blend all. Mix in hot water to get the consistency you like.
