Almond Fudge

Powder 1 cup roasted almonds. In a 2L pressure cooker, add 1 cup sugar, 1/4 cup water. Cook on high for 6 whistles. Release pressure. Mix in almond powder, 1/4 cup ghee, mix and pour in a greased plate. Cut into pieces while hot.
